            Farrendale Ltd Moves Premises

Farrendale Ltd has moved into their new purpose built Head Office, at Darwin Drive, Sherwood Energy Village.
The Head Office is central to all the branches and the contracts delivery team will co-ordinate all their individual branches from this location.
Due to the expanding work within the Ground Work division and the growing in size of current contracts, these projects will also run from the New Head Office grounds. Thus showing that the company is going from strength to strength in all aspects of their work.
Farrendale Ltd are now looking forward to a thriving future in their new offices.

            Farrendale Ltd Celebrates

Recently Farrendale Ltd Celebrated their 10th Year in business, and to celebrate the occasion and as a Thank you to all  our suppliers and customers, an evening of entertainment was had at the lindhurst rooms – Mansfield Civic Centre. On the evening Managing Director Gary Clay, thanked everyone for their hard work and continued support as the company continues to grow, from strength to strength.

            Farrendale Ltd Building for the Future

On the 5th April 2011 work started on the new office premises, which are being constructed on Darwin Drive, Sherwood Energy Village. Hopefully by autumn 2011 Staff will relocate from rented offices at Blackburn House and Warsop Enterprise Centre, into a new purpose built building.
These new office will be the new Head Quarters and Registered Address for Farrendale Ltd
The Grounds will be Landscaped by Farrendale’s Ground Works Division, and all internal and external lighting schemes will be designed in-house.
This New Development gives us the opportunity to showcase what Farrendale can achieve.

            Farrendale chosen by Lovell's for Nottingham sustainable homes

Lovell has chosen Farrendale to carry out the electrical installations for a multi-million pound housing development in Nottingham.
The scheme will create 23 two, three, four and five bedroom properties in Camrose Close & Lillington Road.
The properties will meet Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes, the system for measuring the environmental performance of new housing, which mean they will achieve a 44 per cent improvement in energy efficiency against current building regulations. The homes will be fitted with energy efficient low energy lighting and promotes great design and quality standards.
"Farrendale has a strong track record in delivering high-quality, low carbon electrical installation for housing developments" says Farrendale's Senior Business Manager Alan Haggerty. "We are delighted to be working in partnership with Lovell and the local community to deliver these new sustainable homes for Nottingham".

            Enviromental works for Farrendale

Farrendale has been appointed the preferred partner by Bullock Construction to provide environmental works to North Lincolnshire Homes.
Properties in Winterton will receive new driveways, footpaths, fencing, as well as new parking areas. The news comes as North Lincolnshire Homes marked the beginning of its environmental works with an official launch event at the Riddings Community Centre.
Farrrendale has appointed Frank Millett as Project Manager for the scheme. Frank brings with him a wealth of experience gained from over 25 years in the groundwork's sector.
Alan Haggerty, Senior Business Manager commented on the appointment "I am delighted to welcome Frank on board. He is a valuable asset to our team, with a strong understanding of the industry and has significant existing relationships with key clients in the groundwork's sector.

            Farrendale expands into Scotland

Farrendale has expanded its operation with the opening of a new Scotland office in Falkirk after a multi-year partnership agreement with Falkirk Council.
Farrendale has a strong track record in delivering new-build, regeneration & housing refurbishment schemes together with housing maintenance services, has moved into premises in Falkirk.
Farrendale Managing Director Gary Clay says "We are delighted to bring our expertise to Scotland and the creation of a new partnership with Falkirk Council. Our continued growth, through delivering innovative solutions with our key customers will provide a sustainable future for the new office".
Leading the company's business activities in Scotland will be Senior Business Manager Alan Haggerty who will be supported by Branch Manager Kim Harland.
